Did Tyler Russell have surgery?

I don't remember hearing about it, but I saw him on crutches today.

the knee he got banged up in practice during the season.. couple of weeks on crutches, 4-6 weeks overall til full recovery. nothing serious.

I knew his knee was banged up in bowl practices, didn't know he got it scoped.

He originally hurt it during the LSU game when he became the bottom layer of a dog pile on multiple occassions. I saw him the following Monday limping into the hospital presumably to have some tests run with a GA.

If Mullen was considering tailoring the offense more towards Russell in the off season, not getting max reps in the spring could be a real setback. On the bright side, that would give Dak extra reps.
