But I will say it doesn't look good where you give free services to the guy who is basically going to hire you.
and of course he was trying to influence him... and now he won't get the job at all, which i think is good news.
Vance Watson will be collateral damage. Am also hearing Tuck, McGreavy and our state lobbyist could be in trouble. Hate it for Dr. Watson - really a fine man- loves his school. And there are other camps out there putting stuff out to help their candidate.

Foglesong brought him in as Chief of Staff. He is pure military - arrogant and a dumb ***. I do hope we get rid of him after this crap. Should have been gone long before. I disagree. If Amy wants to stay, she has enough connections/knowledge of skeletons to make it work....

The interesting thing is Watson has not yet denied the allegations. Typically, if one is not guilty...he will deny and immediately go on his own defensive. This is definitely NOT what our University needs. I think Watson should immediately withdraw his name from the bucket.
It's not uncommon for student organizations to raise money by doing such things. Also, who's to say that this wasn't a student project for partial course credit?

Exactly. And some say Dickie Scruggs (like you avitar) is a fine man too. But he proved he is as crooked as it comes behind closed doors. If they loaded one mower, one trimmer, one freaking weed eater on a MSU truck with a MSU grounds crew member and sent it to jackson to take care of Merideth's yard. That is a misappropriation of taxpayer money and is illegial. No if's and's or buts about it. Not to mention HIGHLY unethical in that situation.Dawg725 said:

And yea. he didn't deny anything. He gave some ******** about not commenting till he had all the alligations in front of him so he could respond or something like that. That is codespeak for "I need to get Meridith on the phone so we can get our stories straight".
