Dietary suggestions for Ravern "scarecrow" Johnson while taking his sabbatical
1) Follow Renaldo "I'm better than God" Sidney's program of all-you-can-buffets-while-milking-a-full-ride-from-MSU. Not sound, but a great way to rub coaches faces in the whole situation.
2) Watch/follow your roommates routine. (Bost is in shape)
3) Get advice from MSU trainers/coaches. Duh.

20 pounds of muscle with some endurance training (i.e. run) would do wonders. Ravern Johnson has massive potential. Just doesn't know how to use it.
