Screw him! In a pay and play world, you leave, 17 you. I'll say it about everyone that leaves.

Marks in anything but soft. Dude played his 17ing tail off this year while hurt.
I said soft as breakable. He wax out every other series being hurt. Just not meant to be an every down back like DJ. Marks was fine in air raid. Rarely got the ball to go between the tackles. More of a receiver. DJ was built to run the rock and more able to take hits. Marks was not.

How did we not instruct that man to run straight up the gut 15 times a game with those sagging linebackers????

Woody was a stalwart for State. Wish we could have kept DJ which would have forced coaches to be smart and give Marks a break once in while.

DJ is tough as **** and always was- demonstrated that game in and out. Anyone that missed that does not know what they are watching.

Woody is tough too- not his fault we rode him when he was hurt and could have rested.

I’ll never understand how we had fans wanting him gone, though. Yall don’t know the heart of that kid and how hard he works.

LOL

Yea right
Think what you want.

He believed in himself and wanted to go somewhere that would elevate his draft status and play in a system that benefitted him. I can point you to a newspaper article where his high school coach was quoted saying he wasn’t concerned about NIL. Bigger picture.

Right, he entered the portal for touches and nil cash, just like I said.

I loved him while he was here. He runs so hard. Sucks to watch former bulldogs succeed in a different uniform.

Yep, certainly appears this is one of the few mistakes Leach made here. Nobody's perfect I guess.

I'd like to see how they hold up against Michigan or Georgia though, who actually play defense.
