Dino Babers is a great hire for S'cuse

Like Babers' style of offense, think he will be a hit with recruits. Ash is more a case of being unconvinced, but I think Babers will do well as P5 coach, even Siberacuse.
I think Babers is a solid hire for them just like Ash is a solid hire for us. Babers DC is important just like Ash' OC will be. I've mentioned this before about Babers when he was deciding on taking the Eastern Illinois job. Briles told him it's the jobs no one wants that you get and you can be position coach any time so he bet on himself and went for it. He's doing the same with the Cuse job. It's indoors too so his offense will have a chance there. It's all about his defense IMO and that would be the case with any job he took.
Agree, OP. His offense is going to be very exciting in the dome. They knocked it out of the park with that hire.
