Dinwiddie has been to the playoffs the last 9 years winning the region 3 times with one state championship and one runner up. Last years team returns 9 starters on offense and 8 on defense. 7 former assistants under Coach Mills are now or have been head coaches. You will be challenged harder by this job than you ever though possible to be "just" an assistant coach. You will give of yourself until it hurts, and then need to give even more.
But, Coach Mills and his assistants will be working just as long and hard. Ask any of the assistants, present or past, and they will all tell you that coaching for Billy Mills is about the toughest thing they have ever done. And to a man, they will tell you they wouldn't trade the experience for anything.
