<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">That's what Miss State has according to Bo Bounds and his fellow closet homos he has lunch with think. I lasted about 8 minutes this morning on the drive into the office and now I am questioning why do I do that to myself?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"></p>

I think the majority of the crxxms talent is 1AA quality (or whatever the F the ***** NCAA is trying to call 1AA these days).

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">I hope he was just trying to be cute in making his point. He was trying to make the point that there is not that much difference between Ole Miss and Alabama or any SEC schools by making a statement that his homo friends did not think State would get a single first down this season and (what a surprise), that they can move the ball and this is with Division II talent. Think what they would do when they get Div I talent.

Any ways, if you would say that on the radio, you are pretty much an idiot in my opinion.</p>

He has never had an original thought (sports wise) in his life. If you listen to him after an interview, he will take that person's opinion, and make it his own for the week or the weeks to come. If you listen long enough, you will see what I am talking about, and anybody that surrounds themselves with someone called the "Leprechaun Pimp" (Pimp sounds like he might be pimpin' a bunch of log smokers, he has some feminino in his voice) loses all sports cred in my book.

Have you ever noticed that he "doesn't care about recruiting", but he will just blow all over himself when talking about OM recruits/talent in football. That is a no brainer, but when MSU signs a quality, impact player it just seems to be ho-hum whatever. I understand he doesn't want to sound like a homer, but damn, at least call a spade a spade. He contradicts himself all the time. A fellow sixer said it the other day, "they sound like a bunch of high school kids on the radio", and a more correct statement could not have been made to explain it.

and worked with the football team at one of the top Division 2 football programs in the country, That statement is totally ridiculous. While at spots we have D2 guys playing (Lee, Craig Jenkins, Smith) we also have alot of legit SEC guys. We just have absolutely ZERO depth compared to our SEC brethren.

Bounds' obvious sexual attraction-like crush on Ole Miss is ridiculous. Every interview he's had this week he always states "Things sure are setting up for Ole Miss to pull this upset off". The guest interview could pick Bammer to win 42-7 and Bounds will say "Yea, but you really can't rule the Rebels out here. Remember <insert guest interviewer's name>, we're driving on Gateway Tires to Mint for some crabcakes and then we're going to swing by the Rogue and let them set us up with some gameday oxfords. It's a lifestyle."</p>

At least I thought he was an Alum.

There is some talent at MSU, its certainly not two deep and not at every position, but to say it is Division II talent is just trying to get people fired up and call into the show.

but they don't call in - they just quit listening to him. At the end of the day, he is an alum of MSU, and we all have been frustrated with the football program, but show some excitement about the direction that the program is headed. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you are not going Finebaum with it.

You know I have listened to him make comments about what is considered a great program/coach in football, and it's all about championships. That's fine, but when he talks college baseball, that philosphy goes right out the door when he speaks of Bianca and OM. I don't get it, he has done a great job. Wins a lot of ballgames, stadium expansion, hosted regionals/super regionals, but never has won any to get to Omaha. Yet, we have not heard Bounds and the Clowns say that he really needs to nut up and win in the post season to put the program into the national echolon. He will be quick to point out that we screwed the pooch with Polk (agree), and say that we lucked up to get to the World Series. It just comes back to me that he doesn't have the sack to say anything positive about MSU (unless Byrne related) sports even when he has the opportunity. That's why I don't listen to him anymore.

I occasionally go to Shapleys but I'm about to stop that because every time we do I have hallucinations of Bo sitting across from me smoking a "big boy" cigar, drinking a glass of "rock star red zinfandel", munching on a caesar salad and a new york strip, asking everybody Bank Plus trivia questions and hollering "sweet monkey I'm hip! The content of the show didn't run me off as much as the "lifestyle" did. I would venture to say that lifestyle fits a very small percentage of his listeners and thats why we are all sick of it

Bianco may have never gotten UM to Omaha, but he's consistantly got them at or near the top of the SEC and in super regionals. For all the **** some MSU fans (and some UM fans) give him about never getting to Omaha, we've only been once in the last 11 years and we were damn lucky to get there then.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Dawgstudent and I were talking and like I told him, it could be a very good show if he would change a few things. Like Dawgstudent said to me he has to sell advertisement and if he was a State homer on the radio he would not get any advertisement from Ole Miss People. I fully understand that and agree however he could change his boy's way of talking and give some kudos to state every once in awhile. I would venture to say that 30% of his audience is Miss State people and if you lose them you lose ratings which are very important to advertiser.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"></p>

</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Riding home from work Ben Ingram (spelling) is a heck of a show.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span> If Bo would stick more to sports and have the high octane Ben has, I could put up with his Ole Miss bias.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span> It's the combination of a lot of different things about Bo that ruins his show.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"></p>

</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">I like to listen to local and in state sports and you only have two options in the morning and neither are any good. I rant here about Bo because this is a good forum that he might read.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span> I guess I should call his show one morning and let him know how I feel. So listen out for Big D.</p>

Championships, preferrably, the national ones, give you "big boy/rock status". It's a lifestyle, (17) it!!

As I said before, check out his major sponsors:

Shapley's (owned by UM alumnus)
Briarwood W & S (owned by UM alumnus)
Northwestern Mutual Agent (UM alumnus)
The Rogue (owned by UM alumnus)

There's a pattern here, and thousand$ of good reasons that he tries very hard (maybe too hard) to be 'unbiased' toward MSU.

He might piss off State fans sometimes, but I can tell you for absolute certain it's because of two reasons: (a) see above; and (b) he has the same outlook about MSU many on this board do -- he hates to lose, can't stand the acceptance of mediocrity our Athletic department learned under LT, and has lived most of his life being completely frustrated by consistent underperformance of our teams.
