What I got out of the article I read was ,with Dixon the kids play on turf , without him they play on dirt . Hope it works out for the Tide ! Would love to see another RED PRIDE vs MAROON TIDE showdown !
Dixon made the decision too late in the year to find a good job in my opinion. Most good college coaching jobs are filled within a week of signing day. I suspect he coaches Galax this season and then finds what he is looking for after the season when the job market is right. Just my opinion and I have no doubt that he will succeed at whatever he does in regards to coaching.
