Do Universities get a CWS ticket allottment?

I know they changed the ticket purchasing part of the CWS a couple years ago. I went the last year in Rosenblatt and that was the last year you could buy tickets in advance. Now its either pay an arm and leg on the ticket sites, or stand in ticket line every game every day.

Not sure. I called the athletic department in Oxford. They didnt know either.
