If so, have you had trouble bringing them into visiting parks?
Should we expect to hear cowbells during the game?
Will I be having cowbell nightmares?
How are these transported? Does the TSA require you to check them in as they could qualify as a weapon (would strike fear into the heart of any normal citizen)
In this imaginary scenario, what would happen if I roundhouse kicked a cowbell out of someone's hand? In this imaginary scenario, what would be the normal recourse?

Transport? Their not kilos of blow, dude.

They're bells, whose handle can fit in your backpocket. But that being said, most people check them in their bags I would imagine.

We actually swallow them and crap them out when we arrive to our destination. At least that's what I heard.

Jason Statham drives them from point A to point B in his Audi A8 for me.

I've carried them through security at all 3 New York airports and at Atlanta. I don't think they care. Fans don't take them to away games though, at least inside the stadiums anyway (goes for all sports).

Thanks for reading through my terrible humor and answering the root of my question. Was just curious if fans would try to bring them in and if in the past they have had problems at opposing venues.

I'm going to FedEx mine (via Memphis of course) to the actual stadium. Then go pick it up once I get into the stadium. I've got a guy...

Kicked someone's cowbell out of his hand? I guess it depends on whose hand it was. If it was your average MSU student, you'd probably never land it, especially if you cocked it first--like someone trained in one of those Taekwando chains like "Karate, Kid?" that tend to pop up in strip malls around self proclaimed "elite" schools. SEC students and US servicemen generally know that if one of your feet leave the ground during a fight with an unarmed, trained operative, there are about 10 things that can happen, and in 9 of them you take a long nap. You might get away with a Muay Thai angle kick if you kept it low, but best to just watch the game and not try to go all Mr Miyigi on the visiting fans. Cool.

I wouldn't advise knocking one from someone's hand....

as I have seen them used as a weapon. Granted this was on our home soil. I take mine to away games when I travel but it normally stays in my ride. Opposing team stadiums tend to shun them. I have way too much sentimental value with mine. I dont want to risk having to leave it at the stadium (park) entrance for some rent-a-cop to "watch".

It's our tradition, but even the most homer fan realizes they're annoying. There's a time and place for them. In football it's with over 50,000 people ringing them at the same time (during time outs and stoppage) and in baseball it's usually only a handful of people who ring them when someone does something worth noting.

People are respectful about them though. They don't and can't bring them into other stadiums. You might hear one if there are some MSU folks tailgating on "The Grounds" however. I know of some MSU alum at UVA Law and they'll have them, I'm sure.

As as a general rule we do not take cowbells to away games.....

Particularly baseball games where they are uncommon even in our own stadium. Its more a football tradition.

If so, have you had trouble bringing them into visiting parks? Don't know. Never tried to. I would imagine the bringing isn't too hard. Its the staying in with it that would be difficult.
Should we expect to hear cowbells during the game? Perhaps but only if someone activates the cowbell app on their smartphone and rings it while the stadium is observing a moment of silence.
Will I be having cowbell nightmares? No, but hopefully you will be having a few bad dreams about our baseball team.
How are these transported? Does the TSA require you to check them in as they could qualify as a weapon (would strike fear into the heart of any normal citizen) Never flew with one. If I did I would check it just as I would any other large metal object such as hand tools, surgical instruments, adult toys....but I digress.
In this imaginary scenario, what would happen if I roundhouse kicked a cowbell out of someone's hand? I would think that the response to this transgression would depend upon the kickee's judgement as to the your fighting skills taking into consideration the proficiency in which the roundhouse was delivered in combination with the availability of back-up on both sides. In this imaginary scenario, what would be the normal recourse? Kicking an object out of anyone's hand whether it be a bell, an adult beverage, or a pom-pom generally calls for the attempted butt kicking for the perp. In the case of a cowbell, since the opportunity for such an incident would likely only present itself in or near our football stadium with the perpetrator outnumbered 1000-1, I would put the chances of a butt-kicking at near 100%.
