Went in a gamestop today and they required a mask. I complied, no big deal, but they said it was because lexington is "in the red zone" and on a day to day.
94% of hospitalizations in lexington are of unvaccinated. So I'm still unclear what we're panicking about. If you haven't gotten the vaccine that's on that person...I got the vaccine, are we worried about me getting a fever now?

Stop complying. If they won't sell you an item because you're maskless, well there's a reason that company is dying. Just order your video games or gear online.

1) don’t require masks and allowing people to more easily spread the virus
2) require masks form unvaccinated and ask for proof of vaccination
3) require masks for unvaccinated and rely on the honor system
4) require masks for everyone
1 is negligence.
2 is going to be a pain in the *** with people who don’t know **** about HIPAA whining about HIPAA violations that.
3 is pointless because you can never count on another human to tell the truth if there are no consequences for lying to get their way.
4 provides a balance between manpower and protection while only causing minor inconvenience on the part of the patrons.
Your number 3 is incredibly cynical and makes it seem like a government official is the parent to the general public who’s a toddler. Believe it or not people are generally good beings and don’t need to be treated like children by a government. That’s not the role of government or what we need it to be.
Let's just stick with 1. Considering masks don't do a ******* thing as proved over and over throughout the world and even some health experts are saying. Get a vaccine and move on. Stop testing everyone in the hospital. Test if covid specific symptoms are present(no taste/smell) but that is all. No masks. No restrictions. If you don't want a vaccine, that's fine. It's not always because they're idiots. Some people, like me, have had disabilities due to vaccines. It took me some research to decide to get one. Now, if you don't get one for a dumb reason(it's not a tracker, or the mark of the beast), well you risk getting very sick or death. I'm not wearing a pointless mask because people are scared when there's a way to protect yourself.
