anything about a new campus Master Plan? We have a current Plan from 2003, but heard that there is an initiative to get it updated and improved? anybody?

and there are plans to build a new basketball arena. I am still surprised that Ole Miss has not taken more tobacco money and built a new basketball arena. The " TadPad " is just so dang outdated and needs to be replaced. They are probably waiting on us as they always do, to build a new one and then they will build theirs. I wish we would build a new one within the next 10 years and go ahead and update Dudy Noble Field.

There are small changes made every few years to the master plan. I know that they are still waiting on taking out the road in front of the bakery and turning that into a path way, with a fountain and all that crap. But it was supposed to be done this past school year at some point. Hopefully that fell through, oh and the new dorm should get started on soon. We will see if that's going to happen too.

that they are in the preliminary bidding stages for designing a new master plan; including everything from water, sewer, electrical grid, traffic flow, etc. and of course new buildings. I think this is more than a simple revision to the current plan.
