That the old scoreboard in the grand stand( facing right field), only changes inngings when we get up to bat. Who is in control of the scoreboard? It always changes in the middle of the inning. I'm always in right field so my back is to the new scoreboard the majority of the time.

The inner control panel is flawed ... the inning changes when the score for the top half of the inning is posted on the main board

If you will notice if the visiting team scores in the top half of the inning, then the second scoreboard changes then
