the Florida game, all teams, including Alcorn, handled our blitz packages with ease.

We aren't good enough to beat Bama...but we are good enough to beat UK, Arkansas, and Ole Miss. But, quite simply, if we can't apply pressure to those three teams, we will lose all three.

our front 4, particularly our DE's, can't rush the passer. We are trying to sign 2 JC DE's and maybe 2 HS DE's. Channing Ward could be the eventual answer but that's a long way ahead.

We had more tackles for loss against UF but their Oline has been terrible this year and they run sideways out of the shotgun.

UAB threw 45 passes and we blitzed on most of them. You are going to get a few hurries. 2 of those hurries were on screen passes.

Mallett will pick our DB's apart. I already Googled up some Crow recipes (Crow Pie, Stew, and Potted Crow came up) if not, but unless something new happens, I see it as a long day. That QB from Alcorn QB wore our DB's out, Mallett will be licking his pickled pig lips all week in anticipation. Combine that with the way Ralf threw the ball yesterday, which he will HAVE to throw that day if we are behind, we are toast.
