Does Dallas Baptist deserve to make the tournament?

I've seen them as an at-large in a couple of projections.

Here is an independent with the following resume:
Record is 38-16
RPI is 54th
They are 8-6 vs. the Top 50, but have two losses to 200+ and 17 of their wins are to 200+.

Key wins: at Oklahoma State, at TCU, at Rice, at Oklahoma, TCU, at Texas A&M.
They are on the verge of sweeping Top 25 Charlotte this weekend at home.

It's not their fault they have trouble finding decent teams to play. CUSA needs to add them for baseball only to get to 10 teams, but they don't want the competition (at one time I beleive USM was trying to get CUSA to take them).
