Does Dish Network not carry the game?

ESPN2 is carrying the game out of market. A local Raycomm affiliate is carrying the game in market. I'm not sure where or if the ESPN2 broadcast will be blacked out, but I assume it will be here in Gulfport since WLOX is carrying the game for Raycom

At least Classic Bronze Plus with the Multi-Sports pack to get the FSN and SUN channels... That's were the games have been televised for DISH...

So if its not on WLOX in Columbus, it should be on ESPN2? Or will I still be considered in market and will get blacked out?
