All of these new hires have to be approved by the IHL. The approval process is a formality but until that happens none of them are under the contract.

I guess gone are the days a man's word was a promise

Those days haven't been around in college football in a long, long time, and that goes for coaches, players, recruits, etc.

Even if you could force him to stay, which you can't, why would you want someone on your staff who didn't want to be there?</p>

I was told it had nothing to do with MSU and was a family matter and had to do with not wanting to move to Mississippi again. It seems the wife didn't love her time in Oxford and was not going to move to a small city again. Just what I was told. Frank supposedly was not really wanting to leave. Who Knows?</p>

his wife is so good in the sack that she gets to call the shots, he probably should consider having that discussion BEFORE he accepts an offer.

Just a thought.

The guy has been around recruits too much -- commitment = obsolete word.

IF there's anything legally he can do then he should put down the hammer

Why would he want to force someone to stay who doesn't want to be there? Get a grip guys. We lost a used car salesman. Big deal.

Just that if an employee wants to take another job and you could somehow force him to stay, you're probably not going to have a very happy or productive employee on your hands.

And you believed that enough to post it here?

Wow. You are more gullible than I originally thought.

Dude was given more money by a team that is #10 in all-time wins. He is getting less money and doing more at a school that is #99 in all-time wins. It is not about Starkville. It is about the benjamins. Take his *** to court and as part of the disclosure process, every recruit in the entire free world will see a daily comparison of both programs. Should do wonders for recruiting.

I got the info straight from an assistant coach. He stated Frank is in a box and when mama ain't happy, nobody is happy, Now, did Frank tell him the truth, I have no idea, but until you talk to a source inside the athletic dep't, go back inside your trailor in Kentucky.

I don't need to talk to anybody in the athletic department - especially if they are putting out stupid **** like you claim they told you. I suspect they are just *#$+%%! with you because you are such an easy target or they simply don't answer your calls anymore because you aren't any fun to %@%+ with anymore.

That's right but you can't talk to any of them because none of them know you and fortunately, none of them read this crap either. I simply reported what I was told and as usual, you had to spout out some smart a$$ remark. Since I know who you are <redacted> I will welcome the opportunity to visit with you on the MSU campus if you ever leave your computer or go outside of your trailor in Kentucky and if you want to try and insult me to my face instead of hiding behind a keyboard, we'll see how smart and tough you are. You have stalked others too, but it won't work with me, so in the meantime, get a 17'ing life.

How many times have you driven to Starkville to insult Larry Templeton to his face? That's what I thought. What a joke.
