I think he lost some confidence dating back to that homer in the ninth
against Central Arkansas. Then, the very next weekend, LSU hit him pretty good in that Sunday game and he didn't pitch all that well the next weekend against UK, at least not well for him. Since that time, he's seemed to be the Holder of earlier this year.

I think it was just a matter of a few bad outings, which are going to happen. I mean we can't expect him to strike everyone out and have a sub-1 era forever.
