It does not bother me now, and it didn't bother me when he said it. He's the boss, he hired Riley. He has to evaluate him over a period of more than one year. If we would've been blown out in every single game, there might be a reason to waffle. But, Eichorst's success can be tied to Riley's success, especially if Riley's level of success/failure falls to one extreme or another. Any unsupportive move by Eichorst at this point is a negative reflection upon Eichorst's ability to manage (i.e. only an idiot would hire another idiot). I have no reason to believe that any harsh words will be spoken by Eichorst concerning Riley, ever.
