No effort, getting stood up, slow, yet ponderous. It's amazing how poor our "talent" plays.

poor coaching, little motivation, apathy, read and react, giving up yards, giving up too many points, giving up too many 3rd down conversions.....these are things we should go ahead and get used to. this is our new reality.

there is a shitload of talk about swag and juice, so theres that to look forward to.

Agreed. And playing the DB's so far off the receivers also opens up that run around the end that no one is in place to stop. If you play the DB's up on the receivers, they can take a peak into the backfield and see if the run is coming their way and help with containment, but we let the receivers drag our dbs 15 yards down field before they even know i is a running play.
