Seriously.....fourth and less than a yard and we hand it to Dixon everytime. Why don't we ever run a QB sneak?

I told my friend at the game that surely we would just do a QB sneak and get it in the endzone. He said no we will probably do a long handoff and lose yards.... My thing is, if you are going to run AD, then why the 17 would you not accept the penalty? At least if we have a missed assignment, we have 2 shots to get in. Of course, common sense says just sneak it in from the 1 inch line. Man, I wished we had some of that....
If you can't run the sneak, at least run a play-action fake. EVERY TIME we run Dixon or Ducre up the gut, and EVERY TIME they get stuffed on fourth down. Run a fake up the gut (maybe even have Carroll improvise and not tell anyone he's running a fake), and I bet he runs all alone into the end zone.
What really pisses me off is that if we know this and it's this obvious to us....it has to be obvious to our opponent and our coaches but they keep doing the same thing. STOP THE INSANITY GREG BYRNE!!!!!

Its obvious a QB sneak would be logical when our offensive line is getting torn to shreds. Doing a handoff just gives the defense more time to push us back. A QB sneak would be awesome and the initial push could get us in. I don't think the QB sneak is in the playbook because it is to 'Simple.'
Or design a play for him on fourth downs that will fool the defense into defending against a sneak, then let Relf pop up, say <font size="5"><span style="font-weight: bold;">SULPLIZE!!!!!</span></font> and carry it around the end or throw to the tight end or something.
