Does the selection panel still look at the last 10 games?

Just another scenario, but if we win out and win the SEC Tourny that would make us 9-1 in our last 10 with that 1 loss being the overtime loss to KY and the Refs. Of course if we win the SEC Tourny, we wouldn't have anyting to worry about again and it would probably be a rematch game with KY.

Scenario 2 is to win out an make it to the championship game and lose. That would make us 8-2 over the last 10 with 2 loses to probably KY.

games for big blue. We win these last two games and I think we are looking very strong for a 11 seed.

Because I remember every Selection Sunday, they would have record in last 10 for every bubble team.

I was listening to a show last night on the way home talking about the whole process. The 10 people on the committee can look at whatever stat or criteria they desire before they vote for teams. But last 10 games is no longer looked at as one of the top ways of evaluation. There's been a movement that wins in November are just as important as wins in late Febuary.

They also mentioned that if your team is really not in the mix before the conference tourney, yet you make a run and get to the championship game and lose it, that still doesnt help your cause and will not help you slide into the Tourney.
