Wont hear it from me. Same with if IC won the "small private" class 10x in a row, since its apples to apples I wouldnt care, the other small privates better get better coaching or work harder... Or get better lawyers.
Why do you care about recruiting when you have kids not living in district? You also have coaches recruiting kids as hard as any private, no fiancial concerns and very few academic risks. At Bolingbrook everyone goes to school for free, everyone gets admitted and if they aren't ineligible just wait a week and they'll be back on the field lesson learned. They are some publics that have legitimate gripes Bolingbrook is NOT one of them.

This dummy here. If you paid for a Fenwick education you should receive a full refund.

Please, my dimwitted accidental ally, quote the post where I brought up something about recruiting. I have been extremely clear just about every time I post on the subject, and it is NEVER about my school. See, unlike you and your seflish myopic view on everything, my gripe has to do with small schools who can never hope to build a team like this IC squad or last year's BMac, and not my own issues.

This crybaby here. Looks like you chose the option of getting lawyers instead of getting better. I'll await the response from your legal representation.

I want FB enrollment
IC plays bigger schools, albeit ****** ones but let's say they get into a conference with similarly sized schools like the old SSC, how does FB enrollment fix (in the minds of most publics) what happened today?

Semis > not making playoffs

How many of your superstar freshman live in the district?

First, based on your posts earlier in the thread, I'm under the assumption that you agree that ICCP is too good for 3A this year.
Secondly, in my ideal scenario of what I consider to be fair, ICCP would be subject to FB enrollment and some sort of multiplier. Private teams that miss the playoffs over a few years would get a waiver.
Third, if ICCP dropped down to play smaller teams they would have a hard time finding opponents and additionally would not be quite as ultra prepared for the playoffs, even if they still managed to be 3a.
Again, this isn't about me trying to stop ICCP from winning a title, it's about having some semblance of competition within the brackets.

Plainfield North >>> Bradley > Bolingbrook. Who's the real loser here?
I'm going to go ahead and say the team that is 200 years old and hasnt played for a championship ever, and just lost to a Plainfield school, and tried to win in court instead of on the field. That team there is the loser

Their conference did nothing to prepare them for anything except how to get everyone on the field in quick running clock second halves.

You're the biggest douche on this board but I guess when your school uses bogus addresses and still can't get to the playoffs you're entitled to be a douche. Have you guys figured out where that 7th grade RB is "moving" yet?

And would have resulted in them being 5A in a FB enrollment scenario

They won't be in that conference long. When they join up with other 2a-4a schools they will still have all the "advantages" that many publics complain about. What would BMac have been last year? There is a reason football enrollment went away, it too was flawed. I'm not saying this system works by any means but going back to a system we already decidedwas flawed isn't the correct answer either IMO.

You seem a little too concerned about where little boys are living. Should I report you to the authorities before you get relocated?

Idk, man. I'd like to see coexistence but it's looking more and more like complete separation is the way to go. Like Texas and many other states.

Another douchey post by you. I've already been told by Bolingbrook people they are working to find an address or place to live for a stud 7th grade RB. Maybe he can just use an address like the frosh RB, or maybe he can just move in with someone else like the frosh WR? I can go on for days. You probably shouldn't be throwing stones when you most certainly live in a glass house. I also hear you're trying to get RB in your conference... hopefully that comes to fruition so you guys can actually get that 5th win.

Things seem ok as far as I'm concerned. I predict 2 Catholic state titles this weekend. What's wrong with that publics? Sometimes it'll be 2 and sometimes it may be 4 but I can't believe a public guy could complain about the system in lieu of the results this year. The success factor should apply to all teams and then it's about as good as it'll get.

I think there should be an open class that teams can opt into for major competition for the overall state championship.

There will still be these "championship by class games" but there will be one state title winner and it would be "by choice". If Forreston or IC or Rochester want to step up - great!! If they don't - no big deal there is a 3A or 4A or whatever class championship game waiting for them.

I cant even take this guy serious...

I got two rooms for two all stars only. I hope our GM is trying to put the pieces together for next year. This one year playoff drought is feeling too much like Fenwick football for me to handle.

The bigger question is - when is Bolingbrook going to say yes to the Naperville's and the Valley's?

the Joey Schley era was the golden days for football. The PC team that graduated in 95, played in 94 was as good as I've known in HS football...that includes all the states I've seen lots of football in.

curious, you thought 94 provi was better than 96 provi? I would have put them towards the top of any list
