That's actually what I half expected to be the case. I didn't expect them to say it, but I'm not shocked that's the way it was. It's obvious we were oblivious to things being done at other schools. Polk was a legend that did things his way, and our administration simply stayed out of his way. That's yet another reason that passing over Raffo for Cohen was a great thing. Raffo might have had a few ideas of his own, but has been under Polk for way too many years not to have the man strongly influence the way he would do things. Cohen, meanwhile, has been finding way to be successful at a school whose fans could really care less about baseball.
