he is widely considered the third best QB in the SEC and QBs usually get a ton more credit than other players. I expected him to be in the Top 25. Now when it go to the Top 10 I figured it was unlikely and at the Top 6 I knew there was no way.

the number of MSU articles he's had on his blog. No way will a MSU player be in his top 5 ( or top 10). When he speaks of the dawgs he is not particularly bias, he just doesn't throw automatic respect our way.

at least in Starkville. BUT he had seen teams like Bama, Fla. and Auburn many of their games.

So just take articles like this as reading material...no more.

Now, I'm not certain that Ralf would make my top 25 either, but I'm sure as hell counting on him to make some waves.

Relf had 3 games that were what you would expect from a starting QB in the SEC. He still struggled heavily last season both in the passing game and in game management. Once he realized he could throw the ball out of bounds and not into the defense you could tell his confidence increased. But all-in-all his 3 games at the end of the season would be hard to erase all of the struggles he has had in the 3 years prior.
