I don't think many people have sat in the stands and said "oh that was the Chuck Smooth version. Remember,the Baha Men version has the 'jingling keys' sound in the background." I'm glad I can say I don't know all the background noises to Who Let the Dogs Out. I'm done.

State was playing Chuck Smooth the football season ('98 was the first time I remember us doing the DPR on the field before a kick-off with the music) before the Mariners started the Baja Men craze during the summer of '99.

"the bulldawg rock". I saw that too. If yall don't remember, "who let the dogs out" was a very popular song when we were awesome. It fit tremendously. The song was popular state was popular and the dawgpound rock was poppin!

I have been gone from campus for about a year and a half, and when i left that song was all but extinct. I guess with the return of the DPR they started selling the single again?

I used to sing the hell out of it when I was a kid. A modern version of that would really kick ***. Someone should work on that.
