A team from the doogwood dist has played in a State champ game 10 times since 2002 11 counting this year, thats pretty Good. WC has won Two Gretna has won 5 but have played in 6 games, And Altavista who has won two playing in the Third thats pretty good to be in such a Small area. They have produce 7 D1 players . Peerman who played at Uva Vic Hall who played at Uva, Edmunds Brother's who are playing for Va tech and one is going there next year, Juan who going to play at Uva and Jordan who from Altavista is playing at Cinn Bearcats.

That is really impressive.

The only RECENT D1 player I can think of from the Pioneer is John Phillips from Bath (UVA and then Dallas Cowboys and then Chargers).
