From what I recall:
Said that the NCAA guy who got canned had a habit of not following NCAA legislation in determining and investigating amateur status of kids.
Said that he has a real problem when the association so often "distorts the [simple] process" in determining amateurization, and that was what happened here.
Said that the bank deposit information the NCAA was allowed to review in his Montgomery office was "almost verbatim" with all previous information provided to the NCAA.
Expects Renardo to be cleared some time between today and November 13, 2009, and that the NCAA is aware of the start date for MSU's season.
