After Rich Rod left and the Big East imploded things changed. We had Oliver Luck and he got us in the Big Texas. Bill Stewart Godbless his soul, wasnt Ollies guy and probably wouldnt have been a good fit in the new conference anyway. Ollie wanted us to be an air raid team. So Holgs it was, the norseman. He was average and a little sloppy in general, and was of course responsible for Joe DeForest (smh) but definitely more exciting than what we've seen the last 3 years.

Here's to hoping the new diversity committee helps bring the toughness back to WVU football :beer:

Ollie had to clean up Fast Eddie's messes. His mistake was hiring Holgy.

Fast fwd to this weekend.

Va Tech is imperative for West Virginia and Neal Brown.

Neal Brown has built Chyro tanks, & sleeping pods, etc
BUT eventually head coach has to win, has to beat old time Rivals.

If West Virginia loses to Va Tech,
West Virginia will NOT be .500 in b12 play - in 2021.

West Virginia's investments
have to pay off.

Recent history matters most.
