questions -

if this is not a legal proceeding with Renardo as the NCAA claims, why doesn't Mr. Jackson simply hire someone to prepare some w2's and bank records that suited the NCAA's needs - would that really be that difficult to put together? if the NCAA agrees to a confidentiality agreement, they couldn't question that bank or an employer as to the authenticity of the documents - otherwise they would be in violation of the confidentiality agreement.

don't think you could get in hot water with the IRS for giving some dumbasses bogus tax documents - especially since they are asking for it in a "non-legal proceeding" kind of way.

would the bar frown upon Mr. Jackson pulling something like that?

if I was the Sidney's, I would be wanting to know why that wasn't getting done.

How about I just draft the winning powerball ticket for next weekend and retire on Monday? That's not a legal proceeding either.

ETA: Seriously though, Renardo's momma needs to call the lawyers up and take that **** to trial. That's looking like our only chance unless Don pulls a valid bank statement out of his *** and/or the NCAA magically un-douches themselves and lets Big Shug off the hook.

great idea on the powerball thing - only problem is that I'm pretty sure those tickets have a barcode on them and some watermark stuff, so -- no
