Don't confuse two issues...

1. We deserve to be in the tournament. The bubble is super weak and we have better wins than many of the teams we're vying to get in against.<div>
</div><div>2. Stans deserves to be fired. The mere fact that we are bubble watching after being 19-5 is a testament to his sassy-clapping ineptitude.</div><div>
</div><div>I hope we get in because I love State. I also hope we fire Stans because I love State.</div><div>
</div><div>How ironic would it be if we got in to the "first four" and won two games and yet did not make it to the Sweet 16.</div>

One issue directly affects the other issue. If we make the tournament, Stans is back. If we don't, then there's a decent chance he is gone.

And while yes, I see your point that we "deserve" to be in based on a weak bubble and our overall profile, it sure doesn't feel like we deserve to be in. A team who deserved to be in would have beaten Georgia on Thurs or at least challenged them. Or for that matter beaten a team in the last month that wasn't the worst team in the league or the worst road team in the league.

In fairness though, I look at our profile compared to other teams and knowing that the committee isn't supposed to look at the last 10 games as a criterion anymore, I do think our profile is better than a lot of the other bubble teams.
