shame, i wanted to see him stick around and be mediocre for another year. they weren't as bad as the 4-7 record indicates though. dooley was an average coach, and with the negativity surrounding being average at tennessee, he lost the team and they quit.
i think they'll make a good hire this time around. they've straightened out the kiffin deal and have a solid footing to build. they ought to talk to fulmer, honestly, if they can't get any big names to town.
