Late in the game, Duke kicked the ball out of bounds and the refs gave it to them. Besides that, Flagg was over the back.

The guy was hooking him and he jumped up for the ball, there was no reason to blow a whistle for that. Let Houston go down and earn the game instead of putting them at the line for that. There was no advantage gained there. That was a ridiculous call to make to decide a national championship appearance and I hate Duke.
