We can finish with 9 regular season wins and only two of our victims have winning records - J State and Mddle TN, as long as Troy loses one of its last two games. That would piss some people off, but I'll be fine with it.

Fish is a good dude, he is just letting his Bear friends poison his brain...which I find hilarious, considering the people they have beaten.

I know you are really just trolling, but the flaw in all your arguments is this:

We are supposed to be good, and most of us predicted at least 8 wins. Ole Miss was supposed to be absolutely, **** show, horrible this season. So every time you go and compare us to them by saying, "well yeah, but they haven't beaten anyone either!!!!" you are really just dropping us back down to their level. That level being preseason predictions of 4-8 at best.

Yes, they are an improved football team considering where they were. No, they are not a good football team. Yes, given what he had/has to work with, Freeze has done a good job. Whether he will continue their improvement and end up being a good coach is yet to be determined. It's really that simple.

I expect a hard fought Egg Bowl. I expect that we should win because we are much deeper and have more experienced talent. Their lack of any depth is going to be the culprit on what should be a 5-7 season for them. But all these arguments you continue to throw out are just plastic arguments because you keep comparing a team that is supposed to be horrible to a team that is supposed to be good.

Win the next two, and I will give Mullen all the credit.

I just don't have faith that we can do it after watching our last 3 games..
I was in S-Vegas for the A&M game and I was not impressed with how we played or were coached..

Winning cures all woes, especially against da Bears...

No, I'm simply just playing their game. After 3+ years of "Mullen hasnt beaten anyone in the SEC West besides Mississippi" and then our own stupid fanbase buying into that like it mattered one bit, they deserve the same treatment.

So, for all the fellating of Freezus this season, he has yet to beat a D-1 team with a winning record. That's not a comparision to us at all. That's just the truth

If you were going to give Mullen credit, you would have done it already.

Congrats on showing up for the worst game we've played in 4 years under Mullen...that definitely makes you an expert critic** Clearly nothing Mullen can do will make you happy. Short of being a top 5 team, which we aren't even close to being.

The very people here that make fun of the Rebel delusion are the same dubmasses that are now CLAMORING for us to be a top 15 program...and getting restless because we aren't. How the hell is that any different than the Cutcliffe scenario? I'll give you a hint... It isn't. People taking this approach, with these viewpoints, jumping off the bandwagon because we are ONLY likely to finish inside the top 20 are what is going to eventually run him out of Starkville.

I still say to this day Jackie Sherrill got Cutcliffe fired. They saw how quickly we fell after 2000 and OM didn't want a repeat. Then they hired Orgeron.
