Batavia- NN looks like they may be in for a long year
Warren- Both teams struggled last week Ill take the team that struggled less
Kaneland- Nice little local showdown here
LP- Lancers need this game, is there really a must win game in week 2?
StE- The Saints roll into Mundelein and roll up another blow out
Bolingbrook- No QB means no victory for the North Stars
WN- Falcons put a tight one away late in the 4th
WWS- Can the Tigers really equal last years win total in just 2 weeks?

Damn...I knew this whole conference shufflign would mess up my ability to mediocrely prognosticate on DVC games.
Naper N - need the win while their opponent struggled with Lemont

I got out of the gates strong. LP was my only stumble.
WK 2:
* Batavia
* Warren (I worry long weeks ahead for GBN)
* Kaneland (Geneva will bounce back - but maybe not this year).
* LP - this is the best chance for the Lancers to make the corrections now that everyone has a Varsity game under their belt and right the ship and get ready for the Dukane season. If they can’t get it done against Metea,... it could be a very rough season for the Lancers
* STE - who did their scheduling? Can you come over to the NVC and work some of that magic?
* BB - when Bones is in major sandbag Defensive mode - that’s the best time to go on the offensive!! Just ask General Patton!
* WN - Falcons may have graduated two yellow busses of seniors - but they always have talent lurking round the classroom.
* WWS - they score a few TDs this week, but their now not so secret weapon strikes again with 4 field goals! If there is any kicker that should go in round one of a Fantasy Draft,..it should be the young man from WWS. Kicker for President!!

StE over Carmel Catholic: Carmel stinks.
StN over Bolingbrook: Tough pick, but it feels like StN is going to be playing at least 12 games this year.

I am 7-0 in week two waiting on warren/GBN to play today. I am really getting out of the gates strong this year (though I was not as good with my ESCC picks.)

Yes!! I have got to break out of the 4 way logjam at the top somehow someway. Long way to go though,.. 7 more grueling weeks!! Plus playoff game picks!
