We could miss a dangerous 5-6 seed come March if it somehow clicks eventually. But for now we are going to lose and learn. And it will be frustrating for us diehards.
What are you even talking about? K is temporarily out. And we weren't playing any better with him anyway.
Disappointed is a very good term for how I feel as well. I think no Amile, no PG, and Tatum being arguably the most selfish (and lazy) Duke player I have seen, is doing this team in. If they ran 2 bigs all game I think they could have won, but it is awfully easy to play armchair coach!
pray to God we somehow get Duval next year, we need a pg so bad. And maybe tatum should sit the rest of the year and prep for the draft
We are absolutely doomed come tournament time lol if we even make it at this point. No faith in this team at all.
Glad to see Javin and Bolden hustle today though. If they can get it going, the team will be much better IMO. Giles has the hustle as well, and while I hate being hard on these kids, Tatum just doesn't seem like an ideal teammate.

No one but Allen and Kennard showed up. They play nothing like a TEAM. Dissapointing to watch.
This team has Grayson, Luke,Amile and Jones.
I don't care who they put at the fifth spot but imo time to just go with your upper class man and let the rest play their time out until the draft. Sorry but this team isn't gonna be any different come March or February for that matter. I'm a die hard to the core but this is one Duke team that has shown me nothing but how they can't wait to announce for the draft and there isn't one player I'd take in the lottery but first round after yes.

As bad as it was just think if we could hit some crunch time free throws. Not else much for me to say except good job UL and next game. OFC
Never seen such a bad team for having so much talent. Zero chemistry and zero toughness.

I am so so glad I did not go out on a limb like I had planned and go to the Final Four.
There haven't been many ACC road victories this year...for any team. So we have that going for us.

Louisville is damn good team, and playing at home, doubly so. Winning there was never going to be easy. This game is over, on to the next one.

Still two months before the tourney... I'm hoping this team meshes and plays up to their potential. We can't afford another injury though. Come back soon Amile! (Sigh)
When has he played great? I'm ready for him to go.
And I am so sick of hearing the name of Brad Stevens this and Brad Stevens that. If I'm not mistaken he has a pretty good job already in one of the greatest cities in the US. Every team in America says the same thing, we want Brad Stevens. I know its only been 3 games but Jeff Capel has not been able to motivate the team any better than any high school coach. Its just a bad time for Duke right now.
We were playing this same way before K even left. Don't blame this mess on Capel.
Just think, if we could have hit 3 more 3's not turned it over 3 or 4 times less we would've probably won the game. The biggest problems we have are shooting, turnovers, defense, cohesiveness, rebounding, fouling, free throws, assist or lack of a PG and no Coach K. Fix those 11 things and we'll be ok.
Not trying to be negative but I feel like Tatum is a big ball hog. There were times where Kennard was wide open for a three and he wouldn't pass the ball off.
I would start Giles w/that group next week to send a message to Tatum....He's killing this team right now w/forcing offense....
