Idk how our guards keep committing turnovers like that. That 3 from hurt was unnecessary. We need to score on every possession

Stop shooting quick guarded 3s damn it. Louisville regained the lead with turnovers and team ball, while were starting to push hero ball. So dumb. We’re completely giving them the game down the stretch

We have a great guard every 4-5 years. Our last great one left last year so you do the math

You don’t need a great guard to avoid the types of turnovers we’ve committed. Most of them are just focus and off of carelessness

I’m glad the FSU game was canceled lol. This game doesn’t end our season but now we have to win out and make a deep run in the tournament for us to make it. We got absolutely nothing from 2 of our future , maybe lol, returnees...

I don’t see Duke winning at UNC. Would need to make the ACC finals at this point and I don’t see that happening either. I hope I’m wrong but I think tournament chances just went bye bye.

Guards were not productive and that’s what cost .
I still don’t see the fouls to put Johnson on the line in regulation.

the staff was the last component to blame in this loss. This was entirely on the team due to careless guard play and missed free throws. Coaching wasn’t going to erase losing their dribble or weak passes

3 Duke guards were 3 for 21 w 9 turnovers. Goldy had 4 to‘s and did not score a basket. I love his effort but not his production.

If Matt’s toe wasn’t on the line on 2 of his shots we would have won by 2 in regulation too lol

Those missed free throws late hurt bad. Poor job boxing out for that rebound on the missed free throw. Great night for Hurt. Hate it for him. I'm very disappointed tonight. Watching Carolina pretty much solidify their tournament bid and us losing our chance at one has put me in a depression. Of course, I'm a manic depressive, so it doesn't take much.

Tough loss. We can still make the tournament but the road just got harder. Need to win the next 2. We got into a bad old habit tonight of falling behind by double digits. UNC now becomes a must win. (ugh)

This team has improved a great deal this season, but I saw regression for all of the first half and in OT we just had ran out of gas I think. Loved the fight to comeback in this one and have a chance to pull it out. Coaching staff did all they could. Our backcourt was atrocious tonight. That was too much to overcome.

It sucks. Because I love these kids. They put in a great effort in the 2nd half. But not doing that from the opening tip did them in tonight. These two games are going to be tough and possibly rough for us. I support them no matter what. But I cannot act like this one doesn't hurt more than any other this season. When was the last time we lost on Senior Night, '16?

Yes the first half deficit killed us. I can't prove it, but exerting all that effort to come back could have resulted in missed free throws and us being flat in OT.

I'd all but say it did man. This one is going to be hard to swallow and get over. I hope we can muster up the energy to play a full forty on Tuesday and Saturday. Our season depends on it. Lose both or one of those I think it's probably over without an ACC title run. I think win them both and we might still be in if we can win a game in the ACC tourney. I just want to see these kids get in the tourney.
