No greater time of the year - none. I'm not going to work the next three days so I can enjoy the fruits of college basketball AND my barcalounger. It make get a few naps, but it's going to enjoy some hoops this week.

Ok, today's game. A few things worry me. First, the old adage about beating the same team three times in one year. It's true - and it's difficult. Second - and this one is obvious - Cat Barbour. Dude can play. quickest player in the ACC. It will be tough to stop him. Third - perimeter shooting. If you let them get going it might get tough.

All that said - Duke advances and we do it again by 12.

Game is slated for a 2pm est tip on ESPN HD.

Brandon's early season Houdini can't happen the rest of this season. He's the key to Duke's season. Points and boards, that's what's necessary.

Having to beat a team for a third time in a row is never easy, but Duke can do it. I have no doubts about that. I think it's going to be a close game though.

I'm worried about that Rowan guy. Cant let him get going. We just have to make shots.

Duke by 4 to 8 but I'm worried. Seems like we always play NC State in Acc tourney and they always play us super tough

Beating a team three times is always tough. We all know what Cat can do and Rowan went off yesterday. We've got to get off this 0 for some number at the start of games. I do think we struggle but win this game. really need a blowout to give some guys a rest and some guys an opportunity to contribute but I don't see that happening.

Duke is all about matchups this year and I think Duke matches up well against NC St....DT should be able to slow down Cat and at least contain him....Matt or Brandon should be able to disrupt Rowan enough to keep him out of rhythm....And most importantly NC St isn't an all world rebounding team which is Duke's kryptonite...Duke maintains a comfortable margin all game and pulls away with free throws late....Duke by 12

I just want a win PERIOD....we sure don't match up with them down low that's for sure and it's hard to beat anyteam other than maybe BC 3 times in one year....chase HAS to give good minutes because if not Marshall is all we have down low and Anya and Abu are both loads

Just get a damn win

anyone else annoyed by this red line 3 point nonsense? next they're going to be highlighting when the ball goes into the basket.

Taking a wide open three for this team isn't an issue with me. It has more to do with State's lack of perimeter defense right now. I'm not sure if their gameplan is to give us open looks or not. If it is, then kudos to them.
