Bilas keeps talking about depth (in sense he's right but for the wrong reason) - it's not the 8 scholarship players. It's that K is only using 6. At least he should have had Plumlee in for 5 minutes in the 2nd half.
This is such an ugly game. Going to take a near miraculous turnaround in quality of play to win this game.
Not impressed with K's coaching in this game, to be honest. Needed to employ the depth some in 2nd half.

Why have we not run Plumlee with Okafor. It worked great one time and have not went back to it since
I don't think any team wanted it any more than the other. The Holes made more plays and weren't gassed at the end.
Would somebody die if Grayson got some minutes? I feel like that might be the case.

I agree. No Plumlee at all in the 2nd half with UNC rebounding like crazy. And, no 'twin-towers' and no zone. Therefore, UNC has 56 points in the paint. Force them to shoot the three.
Duke got tired. K did not do anything about it.
I hate to say it - it's just not a very in game coaching job by K. He did not adjust to the UNC play at all.
Not only careless - but why do you have Tyus (the shortest player on the court) passing it in down low and UNC puts a tall player on him. Smart play by Roy. Not smart by K.

Duke has plenty of money . No need to save money on scholarships. Cannot expect to be a top team without more depth.
Should have 12-13 every year.
Needed another power forward and small forward. A developed Semi would fill one spot but still needed another forward.
If you do not have the horses why run with UNC especially after JO got injured ?
This game reminds me of the Arizona and Villanova games when Duke players got run into the ground.
Makes no sense not to play more zone versus UNC.
Say what you want but Ole Roy had the last laugh tonight.
At least Dean Smith will be smiling down.
