Zion will hopefully fall into a rhythm quickly, but I can see him getting a little gased. Hope he doesn't try and win the game in the first 10 minutes.

You’re expecting a win and we have had some shaky performances (healthy or not) this year. Nothing wrong with your view.
But I still think Battle’s absence sets us up for a strong win.
Time to start paying the hammer down on these teams

Well, I was impressed with the performance of Syracuse's freshman. But yeah, if Battle isn't there it will be easier....like it was going to be easier for UVA when we didn't have Jones...oh wait....snap....just got to play the game.
Like you Sky I never pull for the Cheaters. Nothing against their players but I just dont like Good Ole Boy Roy and their obnoxious THR fans and the likewise brainwashed fans who live in my town. You know the old saying, if I had a home in hell and a house in Chapel Hill, I'd sell my house and go home.
Well Alex, every team has a player that is a thorn in their side, and I believe you might be the thorn in the side of Syracuse! Get yourself in position to shoot tonight and let it fly. Love to see double digits from you again tonight. You can be huge in this game, just relax and let it come to you.

I almost feel the exact same way. I expect Carolina to win tonight, but I’m not rooting them on to do so.
However there’s 1 game a year I hope they win and it’s the ACC/B1G challenge game. You won’t find me clapping for them by any stretch but living in the heartland of B1G territory, I get a personal satisfaction watching the ACC terrorize all my fam / friend’s teams. Means more to me than UNC’s outcome on an inconsequential early season game.

I feel good about this game. Zion will probably be a little less efficient from the field, but have an immediate impact on defense. Alex will hit some threes and R.J. will have less pressure offensively. Most of all, the confidence of the entire team will be boosted once Zion runs up and down the floor a few times. Most teams would have crumbled when Zion got hurt. This team fought. I know the record wasn't great with Zion out, but they didn't quit. I expect they'll find a higher gear since the post-season is here. At least, that's my hope.
Most fans are nervous and uptight, they just won't admit it. In a one and done tourney, anything can happen, especially fouls.
I have a good feeling about this game, and the kids are going to show an energy we haven't seen in a while, simply because Zion is back.
Enjoy watching these great kids that we only have for a few more games, and know that "IT'S GONNA BE OK"!

I cant here that enough, in 2015 I kept asking someone to tell me it was gonna be ok, and you kept telling me. And it was OK

I understand that everyone wants to talk about Zion. Rightfully so.
But making Marques Bolden a footnote is ridiculous. Yes, sometimes he doesn't show up. But the fact is, he's a key role player and starting center and not having him will really hurt against a larger UNC team (assuming we beat 'Cuse).
I hate the way the media paints their pictures - even Bilas shows his ignorance of Duke by not talking about Bolden missing.
