their endzone seats are very close to the field, and it helps keep the noise in. They also don't look very expensive, comparitively speaking. Just eyeballing it, and I'm no architect, you could do that on the NEZ side right now, replace the bleachers, and add seats and noise for not much money.
Then you start working on the Club/Skybox/Loge seating on the West side. Stricklin told us before that he didn't want to lose seats while we worked on the West side, and this would accomplish that. This seems too easy.
