Libs don't want to know facts. They focus only on emotion. Flanagan was racist yet Libs can't bring themselves to acknowledge the facts. I've rarely seen such willfull ignorance, but when I do, they are always Libs.
Flanagan was racist, amongst AllKindsOfOtherBadStuff-ist. No doubt about that. Willful ignorance is equating this 41 year old guy that became more and more screwed up in various ways through his life with some 20 year old guy that was never anything other than a white supremacist and that killed a bunch of black people he didn't even know solely because they were black.
I have seen stupidity on this board before by idiots but never like this. I swear the inability to read and understand what someone has written and then flip it to a bunch of nonsense just so a whiny whacko can use the word "liberal" is unbelievable. And sad at the same time.
And yet you complain that no one (or that not enough are) is calling him a racist but you complain and whine alot so this is nothing new. To your original question, are you this challenged? Mr. Roof's murder spree was solely about race and he killed more people in a black church no less. Racism was just part of the Flanagan story. I'd say that none of this would have happened if he hadn't have been fired from the tv job. Also he was upset at these specific people who he thought had done him wrong so racism was not the sole reason as in the Roof case. Roof had pictures of himself drapped in the confederate flag so that aspect was drug into it. The cases are different and will be covered differently. Deal with it.

The point isn't his age per se but rather that he went through 20 plus years of adult having jobs, interacting with white people, etc. Roof's entire adult life OTOH he was nothing other than a virulent racist. Also, I didn't say Flanagan wasn't a racist.
What's your point? DR is a racist murderer who, among other things, enjoys displaying the confederate flag. Who cares how he displays it? Sorry if I mischaracterized your hero.

Of course words have meaning, so I ask you how does that change meaning of my original post that you commented on if he's just holding or otherwise displaying the Confederate flag as opposed to being drapped in it? What was the purpose of you questioning that aspect of my post? Are you going around and "fact checking" everyone's post in every thread? Are you stalking me? Are you a supporter of DR and my description of his flag display made him sound worse than he really is and that bothered you enough to make your comment? Are you lonely and seeking attention (from me)? And no, I don't mind being wrong about something as inconsequential as what you've pointed out.
No I'm not fact-checking everyone on a consistent basis. I just read very dramatic and artistic words from a usually not artistic person, and didn't recall that being correct. You were using the dramatic vocabulary to tie the confederate flag to racism in what you thought wouldn't be called out. Since "shown with" or "displayed with" certainly doesn't have the same tone as "being draped in".
I wonder what the media (and nation's) reaction would have been if the VA killer (same circumstances, disgruntled ex-employee with mental and racial issues) was white and both Parker & Ward were black?
