Good for him. Guess the experts saying no one wants him, he can’t even get a visit set up were wrong. Likely this was his plan since before end of Nebraska season, him and his crew did a good job of staying quiet on it.
Or he has matured a bit, realized that he needs a year to observe, develop and improve as a player.
They know Moore is gone - no way would Dylan sit a year.
Maybe Moore is still deciding? It sounds like Dylan has only "committed" and not signed. He knows how to play that game.
One positive is we play Oregon the next two seasons and we know he can't run, refuses to take a hit, fumbles, and loves to get sacked.
Just play man-to-man and we should be alright against the pass.
We develop him and he uses his experience with another team. I guess loyalty is now flushed down the drain. I hope we beat them with our new Senior QB next year.

I will still take Kaelin over Dylan at this point if I had to choose. Now it will be interesting to watch the battle for Nebraska number 1 at QB this spring. The thinking is if Colandrea wins and Kaelin is the back up and that's the way it looks right now then many believe Lateef redshirts then will transfer later. I like our QB room more this year than last year it's just a matter of getting the OL to gel and getting a RB who can produce.
He's going to be sitting on the bench next season.

Maybe he has matured some, realized that sitting a year, learning and developing is what he needs.
Good for him. Hope he thrives there except against Nebraska (same as I hope Hartzog thrives at Arizona and Maciejczak thrives at Wyoming). It seems to have been quite some time since someone left Nebraska and exploded to be greater than they were in Lincoln. Raiola did what was (his family believes to be) best for him in the same way that Colandrea and Kaelin have done what is best for them.
Well according to our poster here, Clarance Darrow, there is no chance at all that he can ever get out of that contract.
