like i was saying yesterday, msu fans should be happy...they got what they always thump their chests about: 20 wins & a division championship. the problem is that msu fans are the most ignorant sports fans (football & basketball) in the country. they don't understand that stuff doesn't mean crap in 2010. it meant something 15 years ago, but not now. 20 wins & the division didn't get state into the ncaa tourney. they keep praising bury b/c of 20-win seasons & division titles, but again, that doesn't mean jack. especially when its against teams that are of lower quality. the mountain west got as many teams in the tourney as the sec (and i'm not even sure that florida belonged). well, they got their 20 wins & they can hang their banner up....but in the end, where does that leave them? it leaves them out of the tourney where the quality teams are & w/the perception that they accomplished something & still have a good coach. its called mediocrity.</p>
