Early NW 3A/4A Thoughts

Does the conference run through Boone again or do we have a new champ? Watauga will still be talented from what I have heard. I thought South Caldwell had a good team last year. I heard from a community member that Ashe lost their QB to transfer so they may be at the bottom again. Also I have heard Alexander Central should be strong. What are the peoples thoughts?

Where did the Ashe QB go? Unless they moved would have had to end up at Watauga, Alleghany, or Wilkes if staying in NC.

I was told by an Ashe resident that he will be the new QB in Maiden

I would say it goes through Watauga!!! Interesting on the QB at Ashe as I know he was playing basketball last month for them still…. South lost a lot of the skilled position guys and Hibriten will have about the same type of team as last year just a year older on some of their key pieces…. Did lose several lineman as well as on the defensive side of the ball
