28-21 East Rock at the half. This is by far the best MC has played this season. ER not liking the physical play of MCs big men so far. Houser and Fincham carrying the MC load in the paint so far.
MC probably does not have the firepower to win but it is nice to see the max effort.
Final. 62-48 ER.
After now seeing ER and JM...it would be a tall order for ER to beat JM.
The MC JV team hit a 3 with 6 seconds left to beat ER in an exciting game.

East Rock just knocked off Spottswood on Wednesday they may have had a little let down in this one
John Marshall. To be fair, most teams in any class would have trouble beating them.
Could be but it is obvious that physical play is not their strong suit. MC provided a solid game plan for future ER opponents. However, ER has several talented players who can present match up problems.
Honestly though, if not for a very questionable intentional foul call against MC, the outcome would not have been so certain. Turned out to be a six point swing in a tight game.
ER is still the top dog in the BRD and will probably run the table District wise. and probably the region.
Buckingham can be physical so that may be a good matchup to watch for should it happen.
BTW, didn’t ER sweep Spotswood this season?
