There are 16 sophomores on the Rams' playoff roster. Included in that group are 7 JV call-ups.
From my count there are six sophomore starters.
Starters are (corrections welcome):
Breon Pass WR/DB/KR/Punter
Jalen Galloway DB
Kyle Pinnix QB
Ki Rankin DL
Keyan Floyd DL
Jaden Robinson DB

I think its some ol sophomores too.

Not sure Robinson or Galloway will start but both will play

I believe one big difference in this game will be the coaching. Huge advantage for Reidsville. Everyone talks about their players, myself included, but where I see a big mismatch is the coaching and play calling. ER has the athletes to match anybody. #3 for ER is probably gonna be the fastest player on the field. Nbwalker hit the nail on the head when he said #8 is underused. He definitely needs the ball in his hands more. Play calling will be predictable for ER and Reidsville D will key in on that.
East has the fastest kids Shelby saw all year and it’s not even close. Playing calling though is too vanilla. One issue I saw that does hurt the play calling is that East QB is limited in what he can offer at that position. East is a 2005 QB away from being a state title favorite. East fans will know who I’m referencing.

Reidsville will see 2 qbs Friday nite. #9 can run and throw. #8 can run like the wind. He’s probably 2nd fastest player on the field. Only #3 for ER could probably catch him. Reidsville better lace those shoes up tight. Just sayin...

Reidsville isn’t a slow team. I’m sure er is faster, but we aren’t a bunch of slow pokes

8 play playbook dont help. im telling you that their coaches know the plays based on the formation. you can watch their coaches see how er lines up then makes the adjustments. it dont mean theyll stop but it sure as hell helps.

I can assure you that coach Teague and Co. are not taking East Rutherford lightly. They are expecting a very tough game.

What TGT said! Reidsville is a blue blood program, expected to win, but believe you me, these Cavs are dangerous, if you revert back to the team who took Morehead lightly, before realizing you were in a ball game, a fight, these Cavs will upset you. They’re athletes are to be respected, they have 4 or 5 of them that can do serious damage. This is one intriguing game! You guys are in for a show tonight from both teams.

Reidsville also has player named Pass. WR, DB, Punter, kick returns.
Yeah, I know about Breon, the younger Canada, the Rankin brothers, etc. My point is just don’t sleep on the Cavs tonight. They are a capable bunch.

No sleeping by the Rams coaching staff. They are ready.

Reidsville has very experienced and capable coaches. One of the unknown advantages almost never mentioned is because of their "weak" conference schedule they have the ability to practice new offensive and defensive sets for many weeks preparing for the playoffs. Rams have many offenses they can run.

May see a few wrinkles tonight.

Looking forward to seeing Mauney and the speed of E. Rutherford. Simmons has the spread at 17 but I am looking for a much closer game.

Same Ol same Ol huh
Yep, I’m listening to it some online. Waddle has two ints, smoked them on a 60 yard return for a td that was called back due to a bogus block in the back, predictable. East can’t tackle Canada, though. Mauney bottled up, they can’t do anything to take the pressure off of him. He started off good, but the predictable plays caught up with them. Now, the Rams are just pinning their ears back, defensively.
