They still got the ball in great field position
Yeah, but you guy’s white hat lives in the field house, so those calls are a given against the opposition.

And of course, I know the refs are from other places in the playoffs, so I’m just messing with you, bruh.

are you a believer now, lol.

The real question is are you a believer? I do believe 8 was underused in the game, but believe he flashed his skill set...ran down your best player Canada, had pick 6 called back that really deflated them...and I’ve said it time and time again that ER has so much talent but when you only know how to hand the ball off to Mauney and every one in the stadium knows it’s coming he won’t do much. They have so much team speed that never gets used because all they know is Mauney up the middle, screen pass left/right, and just throw it up 3rd and long. Kinda knew ER wouldn’t win but the way they performed was very lackadaisical of how they have all year. Moral of story, get a quality opponent and the X factor “coaching” “scheme”.

I saw a team last night that was loaded with speed. From talking to Ram players today, they are convinced that ER was loaded with track stars at the skill position however their linemen were like turtles. They had really good players but they were not a good team.

I agree, it doesn’t matter what a team is like at the skilled positions, how athletic they are. It’s all about that work in trenches when facing elite teams, solid line play is everything.

The noseguard just stood up each play. No penetration at all. And we ran right at him all game. If he lost about 50 lbs I bet he would be a unstoppable force.

My son plays middle linebacker. He caught an interception and slipped, nothing but daylight in front of him for a pick 6. After the game I said if you didn’t slip and fell you would have scored. He looks at me and said no I wouldn’t they would have just walked me down. I said we’re they that fast, and he says daddy they were extremely fast at the skill positions. But offensive line was extremely slow.
