Bad move on Marist part - you had chance to put LWE back deep in their own zone and force them to go conservative. Now LWE can put Marist back deep in their own zone again
I believe AJ without touching the ball is worth 75 yards of offense because the kicking team does everything possible to kick away from him. No need to put him out there, just trot out a #3 jersey. Don’t sleep on this playmaker.I can’t believe they haven’t gotten him the ball more. Most of his touches came from the wildcat.
No doubt but I’d still get the call in his hands more. He’s a threat to score every time the balls in his hands.I believe AJ without touching the ball is worth 75 yards of offense because the kicking team does everything possible to kick away from him. So LWE has 4 video monitors on their sideline for both in-game and halftime use as coaching aids. On normal fields, those with a track between the stands and field, these screens are of fairly decent dimensions. At the Marist field, without a track, East rolls out 4 video monitors of a slightly smaller size to account for the compressed area. Geez ... talk about having it all.
Thanks for noticing. If you visit LWE in Frankfort you may also notice a scoreboard both home and away bleachers can view. Just kidding Marist. I thought that was the ONLY thing that made this first game between these two schools a pain. From the parking , to the concession folks, ticket takers, moment of silence for our LWE Cheerleader who passed, and the game itself...CLASS act Marist folks. I have to thank all those for their time and efforts to make the Griffins faithful feel at home. Seriously, most teams have tablets on the sidelines that are a little less noticeable in today’s tech game.So do they bring 8 tvs to the game next week?
