What’s everybody thought on this game

I’ll be in Thomasville for that game, but it will be a good measure of what Randlemans got. I’ll be curious to see how it turns out. I don’t know anything about ER this season.

Sounds like it could be a good game though!

I think randleman wins simple because I think they can slow down Eastern Randolph big play guys.

Ive seen them both play once This year. I think its pretty lopsided 35-14 randleman.
I must admit I have only seen one play this year :)

Neither has played a very tough schedule with Ledford and Southern Alamance being the outliers.

Comparing scores against common opponents, which I know is not really a good measuring stick, this game looks like it might not be "pretty lopsided". However orange/blue team should be favored as they are playing in that cold hole of a field. :D

Now if we could get Reidsville and/or Shelby guys to comment we could get this thread jumping.

Who knows might be second/third round opponents???

This is definitely true...
What happens if ER does that to Randy???
The players know one of those running backs pretty well...
Just saying...:)

Thekidd12 are you saying that one of the backs for Randy comes from the eastern part of the county?

I think Poole for randleman plays more safety, but I would love to see marley vs Poole going head to head.

At orange/blue school...
Sorry can't say name out loud or they show up like Beetlejuice...
ER is pretty balanced on offense. Randy I think actually runs it more this year than in the past due to above mentioned added RB.

ER last year was 7th from bottom of 2A in numbers. Should be slightly higher this year I believe.

On another thread there was mention of this. The orange/blue HS is down according to poster however still between 150-250 more than ER.

So you think both will be 2A? I was kind of interested in a Randleman vs Oak Grove matchup but I guess we have to wait and see.

Good luck to both your teams. Definitely keeping my eye on the score in this one.

ER definitely will be 2A.
Randy floats around cutoff usually except for a couple of years back when they had over 900.
Hopefully it is a good game and good guys win...;)

We should be around 821 on the adm numbers which I’m hearing. It would be a good match up against oak grove we played them in our last scrimmage for a half at Winston-Salem this year. And for my orange and blue team this should be a good one full house and loud. This is the best offense line we have had in 10 years and a lot of weapons on offense with snipes with 12 tds and 600 yards rushing after missing first 3 games with injuries and Lilly the sophomore has rushed for over 1500 yards and 21 tds. And still like to throw it got three good wide receivers that can go get it and snipes catches it real well to. Er got some real good athletes to Marley and McAdoo I think are there play makers this should be a good.

Clinton is at 820 so definitely small 2A.

I think the RB your talking about played middle school for randy and was on the JV team last year.

Ok this thread is tumbling down the list due to lack of posters from either fan base and overwhelming numbers from well Shelby and/or Reidsville

Just to bump it and get things hopefully stirred up a little
Eastern Randolph upsets orange/blue team 34-28.

Well I’m going to say I sure wish it was going to be a lot dryer than it is going to be. But I’m still sticking to my score 42 - 21 tigers.

Field going to probably be sloppy. Not sure if that favors either team. May amend my score to 18-12.

Good guys still win though :D

I know we are talking about randleman vs er, but since we are talking about Randolph County football. Has anyone heard anything about uwharrie charter starting a football program? I heard the rumor this week.

They graded off the land near baseball field for football and other facilities. Money may come into play however due to end of last semester “situation”. It was reported this week that their superintendent had stepped down as well.

Did not know they had their own superintendent?

I haven't heard anymore about that "situation,". I haven't heard of the superintendant stepping down. I do know they have a Dean, maybe this is the same position. Let the recruiting begin.
